MFR Calves, ITB and Upper Back
I can't believe I forgot to switch the microphone on again! So have just recorded over myself. So probably best to listen to the cues for this one. Didnt want to delete it, as its all useful techniques to have in your tool box.
You'll need 2 tennis balls, of MFR balls, rolling bin or foam roller and a block and cushion. Enjoy releasing out the legs and upper back!
