STRENGTH with Jen 30 mins #1

Just like we used to do Circuit 7 in the old XB days.

I'm personally focussing on building strength in my 50 year old body, and I honestly thank it for helping me stay fit & strong. I love to dance, though as my dear friend Tara says, Jen you've got to stay strong to be able to enjoy it more! 💪 Gather all the heavy weights you have and s tretchy band, I used 2kg, 3kg and 5kg
