Why I Love teaching …

  • The b. class®

A soul-led class that blends cardio, strength, and expressive movement with music that moves you, literally and emotionally. It's raw, empowering, and heart-opening.

    Why I love teaching The b. class®:
This class cracked me open. It invites everything, joy, grief, power, release and holds space for it all. It connects us to ourselves and each other.

Every time I teach it, I fall in love all over again.

  • Barre

A low-impact, high-energy blend of Pilates, ballet, and strength training. Barre tones muscles, improves posture, and builds endurance with graceful intensity.

    Why I love teaching Barre:
Barre saved me. After a severe illness, it brought me back into my body—gently, powerfully, and with so much grace. It was the catalyst that reawakened my passion for movement and reminded me how healing it can be.

Teaching it now is my way of sharing that healing with others. It’s strong, feminine, and fiercely joyful.

I lead Barre on ZenFlix and at Physio Proactive in Stirling

  • Pilates & Strength

This class combines the deep core connection of Pilates with empowering strength-based movement. Using bodyweight, props, and mindful repetition, you’ll build tone, stability, and full-body resilience, without burnout.

Why I love teaching Strength & Pilates:
It’s about building strength from the inside out. I love helping people feel capable, steady, and strong in their bodies, physically and energetically. This class is empowering, grounding, and always about moving in a way that feels good.

  • Yoga

A breath-led class that links mindful movement with inner stillness. Flow through grounding, strengthening, and lengthening sequences that invite balance in body and mind.

Why I love teaching Yoga Flow:
Yoga connects me to what matters, especially when I’m outdoors, under the sky, feet on the earth. I love creating that same feeling for others, whether we’re in a studio or on the grass.

It’s a way to come home to your breath, your body, and the present moment.

  • Yin Yoga & MFR

Slow, deep, and soul-soothing. Yin invites stillness through long-held postures that gently release tension in the connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and open the heart.

    Why I love teaching Yin:
Yin is where we soften, unravel, and come back to ourselves. I love incorporating gentle myofascial release (MFR) into these classes, offering the body an even deeper layer of release. My seasonal Yin & Sound Retreats weave together stillness, sound, and nature to support full-body reset and realignment. Holding this space is one of the most sacred parts of what I do.
